  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support pipeline management, forecasting, quota tracking, contracting, invoicing, and revenue performance analysis for RevOps and GTM/Finance leadership.
  • Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations and GTM leaders to gather requirements, design solutions, and prioritize a roadmap of Salesforce and RevTech enhancements.
  • Design and maintain automation (primarily with Flow) to streamline lead management, opportunity progression, renewals, and other revenue‑critical processes.
  • Maintain high data quality through regular audits, deduplication, data enrichment, and adherence to RevOps data governance standards.
  • Monitor system health, manage releases, coordinate sandbox usage, and ensure readiness for Salesforce updates and new features.
  • Provide Tier 1–2 support for Salesforce and related RevOps tools, resolving issues, documenting fixes, and escalating complex problems as needed.

  • Collaborate on integrations and AppExchange tools owned by Revenue Operations (e.g., dialers, conversation intelligence, enrichment, forecasting tools) to ensure data consistency and process alignment.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (data model, security model, automation, and reporting) in a B2B or high‑velocity sales environment.
  • Experience with data management (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, spreadsheets) and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Preference for a high-growth, constantly-evolving business environment, and aptitude for taking on new challenges and reworking existing architecture as the business changes
  • Experience working within a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function, or supporting cross‑functional GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CS).
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) or RevOps‑relevant credentials.
  • Familiarity with RevOps tooling (e.g., forecasting, enablement, enrichment, or sales engagement platforms) and their integrations with Salesforce.
  • Exposure to change management, SDLC, and deployment processes using sandboxes and deployment tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on process improvement and revenue impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and comfort managing multiple requests and projects in a fast‑paced environment

Who We Are:

High quality, affordable healthcare is a basic human right and at Moxe, we are committed to making it a reality. We’re on a mission to slash billions from healthcare costs. It’s no secret that the US healthcare system is rife with inefficiencies and unnecessary costs. While the rest of us have migrated to interconnected, digital platforms, healthcare still uses paper, pdfs, snail mail and fax to transmit information.

We know there is a better way to deliver healthcare. Data exchange today consists of mailing or faxing paper files and pdf'ing endless records from existing Electronic Medical records. It can take months to process and compile those records into usable data. Our platform enables providers and health plans to exchange clinical data instantly, saving the entire system (patient to provider to plan) time and money in the process.

Who are we? We’re a steadfast team of innovators, problem-solvers, and truth-seekers, dedicated to disrupting the status quo. Got the moxie to challenge the US healthcare system? Let’s talk.
