Candidates with traditional CS backgrounds as well as those who are self-taught or freelancers can excel here. More about the role: As an engineer, you'll work directly with our CTO, Creative Director, and other engineers on a variety of software projects across different programming languages, frameworks, and architectures. The best reason to be an engineer here is exposure to different technologies and client projects. Typical client work: web and mobile apps, APIs, third-party integrations, health-tech specific integrations, and digital transformation for enterprise clients. What you'll need to be successful: • 5+ years as a software engineer at an agency, startup, or enterprise. • Some independent freelancing experience; value strong communication, professionalism, punctuality, follow through. • Low ego about code; positive feedback culture; willingness to pair/help others. • Self-starter; balances elegant solutions with what the client wants, quickly. • Not afraid to ship code and iterate.
