We're continuously hiring for software engineering roles and welcome candidates with all kinds of programming experience (different languages, frameworks, platforms, etc). Candidates with traditional CS backgrounds as well as those who are self-taught or freelancers can excel here. We're not hiring for a niche skill; we prefer well-rounded, full-stack engineers for web or mobile. If you’re particularly strong in one skill, we’d still like to talk. More about the role: As an engineer, you'll work directly with our CTO, Creative Director, and other engineers on a variety of software projects across different programming languages, frameworks, and architectures. The best reason to be an engineer here is exposure to different technologies and client projects. Typical client work: web and mobile apps, APIs, third-party integrations, health-tech specific integrations, and digital transformation for enterprise clients. What you'll need to be successful: • 5+ years as a software engineer at an agency, startup, or enterprise. • Some independent freelancing experience; value strong communication, professionalism, punctuality, follow through. • Low ego about code; positive feedback culture; willingness to pair/help others. • Self-starter; balances elegant solutions with what the client wants, quickly. • Not afraid to ship code and iterate.
