About the role:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. You will drive our B2B2C go-to-market activations and define product positioning and content strategies to ensure our offerings resonate with target audiences for our key partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including lifecycle, product management, and operations, to deliver compelling cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive results. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches that align with business objectives
  • Craft and deploy product positioning and messaging based on user research, data insights, and key product features
  • Continually collaborate with channel leads to test and refine product messaging, ensuring that we are always delivering messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • Partner closely with channel leads and data team to measure effectiveness of initiatives
  • Perform market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, using these insights to shape marketing strategies and uncover new opportunities
  • Communicate key marketing initiatives and results to broader team and key external partners

What we're looking for:

  • 6+ years of experience with B2C and/or B2B2C product marketing in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and product positioning frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to hit business goals through cross-functional initiatives
  • Natural storyteller that is able to tell compelling stories that address customer pain-points with the solutions that our products offer
  • Data and results-driven with strong ability to tell a story using data insights and performance results
  • Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with internal growth marketing, creative, data, and product teams and external partners
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player

Compensation:
$160,000$180,000 USD

We offer competitive compensation packages based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
