As the Pharmacy Licensing and Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of reporting related to the Hims pharmacy. You have a proven track record for effectiveness as an operator with a deep knowledge of pharmacy reporting and licensing requirements. The Pharmacy Licensing and Reporting Specialist must be agile, have strong communication skills, and successfully collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on-time reporting requirements.
The Pharmacy Licensing and Reporting Specialist is responsible for organizing and drafting required reports for Hims’ pharmacies in coordination with the Manager, Licensing & Reporting and the Licensing team.
Own the reporting requirements related to pharmacy and compounding licenses
Maintain all BOP licensure requirements, including ensuring current licenses are printed, displayed, and on file as needed.
Ensure that all documentation is available so that pharmacy and pharmacist licenses are complete and filed on time
Support all licensed pharmacists and technicians in renewing licenses and certifications required to perform their roles.
Drive reporting initiatives, as required per all state BOPs
Establish and maintain an orderly process of preparation, review, and completion for filings, which may include the collation of documents, acquiring signatures and notarizations, and the capture of payment details
Maintain an understanding of pharmacy compliance and reporting requirements to ensure compliance
As necessary, correspond with State Boards of Pharmacy licensing staff in a tactful, concise, and professional manner
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain materials for filings
As pharmacy regulations change over time, partner with the Pharmacy Regulations Analyst to support the pharmacy in adapting to new requirements
Review expiration dates of PDMP waivers and plan for the completion of renewals
Routinely review all reporting-related expiration schedules and prepare submissions in a timely and accurate manner
Pharmacy PDMP waivers
Maintain NCPDP accounts for each facility and re-credential annually
Maintain and audit usage of training and continuing education subscriptions
Bachelor’s degree and Certified Pharmacy Technician qualification preferred
1-3 years experience in an administrative pharmacy role
3-5 years experience in a pharmacy setting
Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented & highly organized
Demonstrated ability to deliver on-time results
Business proficiency in speaking, presenting, and writing
Ability to use analytics and make data-based decisions
