About the Role:
This role reports to the Area Manager of Facilities. This role is instrumental in keeping the warehouse environment clean, hygienic, and safe to increase overall efficiency and foster the well-being of our personnel. As a Warehouse Cleaner, you are charged with the responsibility of maintaining a consistently clean environment. This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, cleaning surfaces, waste disposal, and ensuring cleanliness in shared spaces. The Warehouse Cleaner must also be willing to do other duties as assigned by their manager.
You Will:
Mop, sweep, and vacuum warehouse floors.
Clean and dust surfaces, machinery, and equipment.
Dispose of waste following company and environmental regulations.
Monitor cleaning supplies and provide feedback for re-stocking.
Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
You Have:
Must be at least 18 years of age and present state-required proof of age documents.
High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
Must be able to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, either in conjunction with his or her regular responsibilities or those assigned in other areas as directed.
Use of business computer systems and applications.
Ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English
Must be able to bend, stoop, reach overhead with arms and hands and climb ladders;
Must be able to climb stairs up to three flights and not be afraid of heights utilizing scissor or bucket lifts.
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization.
Ability to comprehend and adhere to all Hims Inc. policies and procedures including, but not limited to, those related to attendance and scheduling requirements, honesty and integrity, confidentiality, safety, and conflicts of interest.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to hygiene practices and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including safe storage practices.
Ability to adhere strictly to company, local, and national safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience cleaning in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Conditions of Employment:
Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
