This role works as an extension of the L&D central hub, supporting and providing oversight of all practicum and shadowing activities of all roles at the Center. The Regional Training Lead will be responsible for conducting competency reviews and signoffs for team members to clear them to work with participants independently. This role will partner closely with the centralized L&D team members to deliver high-quality in-person experiences aligned to Habitat’s purpose and capabilities. The Regional Training Lead will also be supported to ensure they have the skills and tools necessary to be an effective facilitator of learning material.  Core Responsibilities & Expectations for the
