This strategic role is pivotal in architecting, maintaining, and evolving the company’s hybrid infrastructure—supporting both cloud and on-premise environments. You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions leveraging VMware technologies, Kubernetes, and automation tools, ensuring operational excellence in performance, scalability, and security.
The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a passion for infrastructure modernization, deep expertise in virtualization and containerization, and a proactive approach to system resilience and compliance. You will collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to build secure, scalable platforms that support rapid development and deployment of business-critical applications.

Expected full time annual base pay scale for this position is $131K-$172K. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience and location.
Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
