Job Summary

Responsible for following a daily schedule of equipment service, general repair of non-medical equipment and minor construction of remodeling projects.

Job Duties

  • Maintains and repairs all non-medical equipment in all buildings and systems.
  • Performs general carpentry in support of alterations and renovations.
  • Performs masonry tasks when necessary.
  • Sets up scaffold and ladders for safe usage.
  • Repairs a variety of mechanical, plumbing, electrical equipment and general building components.
  • Maintains all tools and equipment in safe and operable condition.
  • Reports problems to supervisor.

Education
