About the Role:
Reporting to our Regional Ops Leader, the Local Practice Operations Leader will own daily management of their local team and geo, ensuring the execution that supports a wonderful team and patient experience.

This is an in-person role supporting our New Mexico patient geos.
COMPENSATION RANGE $90,000 - $120,000
As part of this role, you will be required to spend ~80% of your time "in the field" and at your market's HQ. This is primarily for field-based patient care and support, usually concentrated in specific zones but can include travel across the market. Time at HQ is largely for team collaboration, learning, and alignment.
