At Gabbi, we’re on a mission to make late-stage breast cancer obsolete. Early detection is key: women diagnosed at stage 0 or stage 1 have a 99% survival rate; women diagnosed at stage 4 have a ~30% survival rate.

The Role

We’re looking for a Clinical Operations leader to be the backbone of Gabbi’s care delivery. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution—you’ll ensure our systems run seamlessly, our teams are empowered, and our partners experience exceptional service from day one. You’ll manage the workflows, reporting, and processes that drive quality care and efficient operations while helping Gabbi scale to reach more women across the country.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and enhance Gabbi’s care delivery workflows and core systems to improve care quality, operational efficiency, and automation opportunities
  • Manage clinical operations forecasting, staffing, and capacity planning to optimize partner utilization, provider efficiency, and revenue performance in alignment with growth and margin goals
  • Lead hiring for clinical and non-clinical frontline staff, ensuring alignment with capacity planning and operational priorities
  • Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development for non-clinical staff, managing two Care Coordinators and one Billing & Credentialing Specialist to drive efficiency, quality outcomes, and a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Pull and analyze weekly clinical reports, identifying performance drivers and developing action plans to sustain or improve key metrics
  • Direct the full lifecycle of health system partnerships—from onboarding and integration to long-term relationship management—building efficient workflows, clear communication structures, and data-driven collaboration that fuel mutual success
  • Oversee foreign qualified entity registrations and virtual rental locations, including submitting new applications as Gabbi expands, maintaining approvals and renewals, and managing annual reporting and fee payments on schedule
  • Partner with Product, Development, and Leadership to align clinical operations with scalable systems, technology, and process innovation
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives that advance Gabbi’s mission and operational excellence

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in clinical operations, care delivery, or healthcare management (digital health or value-based care strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success scaling care delivery teams or launching new service lines in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment
  • Expertise in workflow optimization, KPI management, and continuous process improvement
  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing and managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in EHR systems, communication platforms, and data analytics tools
  • Proven ability to translate operational data into actionable insights and strategic decisions
  • Exceptional organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strategic and execution-focused mindset with a passion for advancing women’s health
