FORM Health is a virtual obesity medicine clinic delivering multi-disciplinary evidence-based obesity treatment through telemedicine. Obesity impacts more than 40% of the US adult population, and although historically only about 1% of patients received medical treatment for their disease, the field of Obesity Medicine is entering a period of rapid growth. FORM provides high-quality expert care and leverages technology to enhance the patient experience. All FORM patients work closely with their care team, which includes board certified physicians, advanced practice professionals and Registered Dietitians. Through our proprietary mobile app patients engage in regular video visits, as well as text messaging, photo journaling, digital data transmission, and customized educational materials. About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Recruiter who will be responsible for high volume sourcing, recruiting, and hiring of care & clinical team members. This role will require someone who is highly agile and able to pivot and adapt to shifting business needs and priorities. We are looking for someone who is passionate about candidate experience, has a highly consultative approach to partnering with hiring leaders, and who brings a strong sense of urgency and commitment to the role. This is a full-time opportunity; work is remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and drive full cycle sourcing, recruitment, and hiring of care & clinical team members (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Dietitians, Care Coordinators, etc.)
  • Develop & drive top of funnel strategies to ensure we have needed active candidate funnel to meet the hiring needs of the business
  • Collaborate closely with hiring leaders across the organization to ensure the talent acquisition team is always aligned with the business
  • Be a thought leader and always be looking for opportunities to improve, streamline, and enhance our recruiting systems, processes, and tools
  • Ensure applicant tracking system is updated and maintained proactively so that we have accurate recruiting reporting and metrics
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and understanding of various state licensing/credentialing requirement

We seek applicants who have:

  • 5+ years of clinical recruiting experience; preferably recruiting for specialty Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
  • Demonstrated experience leading and delivering against high volume recruiting goals & targets
  • Prior experience utilizing Greenhouse ATS to source, screen, and schedule candidate interviews
  • Energetic and positive personality with demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate across teams
  • An ability to build consultative and trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Prior digital health startup experience is a plus!

Base Annual Salary
$110,000$130,000 USD
