About the role

As a health coach at Evvy, you’ll empower women to better understand their vaginal health with personalized, science-backed information.

This is a part-time, remote position offering 10 hours per week, with the possibility to increase hours. We’re excited to welcome someone who can start immediately!

What You’ll Do

• Conduct 20-minute virtual coaching sessions, providing clear interpretation of microbiome test results and explanations of potential next steps based on the literature and clinical guidance.
• Maintain accurate, timely coaching notes and user records in our secure digital system.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and product teams to relay user feedback and support ongoing platform improvements.
• Coordinate follow-ups and escalate clinical concerns promptly.
• Foster a safe, stigma-free space for open discussions about vaginal health, fertility, menopause, and hormonal wellness.
• Stay updated on latest research to continuously enhance coaching quality and user outcomes.

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of health coaching experience in women’s health
• Board Certification in Health & Wellness Coaching from NBC-HWC - please include proof with application (applications without proof will be skipped).
• Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable with video conferencing platforms (Zoom) and EMR systems.

Nice to have

• Expertise in vaginal health, microbiome health, fertility, pregnancy, functional nutrition, or hormonal health.
• Experience with telehealth or virtual coaching.
• Experience with Notion, Calendly, Slack and Google Workspace
