About the role:

We’re looking for our first full-time Product Designer to own the end-to-end look and feel of the digital user experience at Evvy and work closely with product and engineering team to consistently solve the biggest user problems at Evvy.

We’re looking for someone to be a thought partner and strategist, not just a visual designer — it’s a hands-on role that will work across a lot of different problems and mediums! You’ll lead design strategy and tactical design execution across product, digital, and occasionally brand.

What you'll do:

• Drive and execute the vision for Evvy’s user experience in partnership with cross functional leaders across product, engineering, marketing, clinical, and operations.
• Lead the design of scalable and innovative user experiences across multiple devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Contribute meaningfully to product strategy during roadmapping processes and planning sessions.
• Ensure consistency across digital channels, including our website, product, and test results. Create a design system and library to create alignment across all existing design assets.
• Execute on-the-ground design across all digital channels — marketing/ecomm site, product, information design, and more.

What we’re looking for:

• You have 5+ years of design experience (plus if you’ve worked in healthcare before, but not required!)
• You are a curious, ambitious, empathetic, and strategic designer. Your goal is to create the best product possible for patients.
• You’re a Figma expert, and are familiar with enough digital design and prototyping tools to articulate your ideas clearly (Adobe, React, etc.)
• You can create structure from chaos, and thrive in fast paced environments.
• You are passionate about Evvy's mission and the future of women’s health!
