The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Full Stack Product Engineer, someone excited to design, build, and ship user-facing experiences that transform how healthcare leaders discover, evaluate, and adopt new technology. You’ll play a key role in Elion’s growth by building new and existing web applications and their supporting backends. Core Responsibilities

• Build and Own End-to-End Features – Translate product concepts into production-ready experiences, covering UI, API, and data-layer implementation.
• Craft User Friendly Interfaces – Develop responsive, accessible, and performant web applications using modern front-end frameworks.
• Architect Robust Backends – Implement scalable, secure APIs and backend services that integrate with internal and third-party systems.
• Collaborate Closely with Design & Product – Work side-by-side to refine requirements and iterate quickly.
• Ensure Quality and Performance – Write clean, maintainable code (ideally with the help of AI), create automated tests, and monitor performance in production.
• Contribute to Product Vision – Bring a product-oriented mindset to technical decisions, ensuring solutions meet user needs and business goals.
• Elevate the Team – Share knowledge, make quality-of-life improvements to the codebase, and help shape engineering culture and best practices.

Ideal Background

• 5+ years building production software with a track record of shipping high-impact features end-to-end.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js, React, and Node.js/Express.
• Strong backend skills with experience in REST APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, authentication/authorization systems, and analytics tools.
• Comfort working with design systems, UI component libraries, and accessibility standards.
• Strong product sense—ability to balance trade-offs between speed, quality, and user impact.
• Startup bias-for-action: prototype in hours, iterate in days, productionize in weeks.
