Dexcare is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and provide product leadership. You will set the vision for a complex problem space based on deep understanding of user and business needs, as well as industry trends. If you can speak to technical, clinical, and operational audiences and clearly articulate DexCare’s value proposition and solution offerings; and you are looking to partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, look no further!
Role is based out of our Seattle HQ (Eastlake area) 2 days/week.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic goals and the unique requirements of healthcare lifecycles
  • Collaborate with teams across departments, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Healthcare Operations, to deliver innovative, high-impact products
  • Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet the needs of patients, providers, and healthcare facilities
  • Establish, maintain, and lead cross-functional communication and collaboration processes within the organization
  • Act as a liaison between healthcare stakeholders and internal teams to facilitate communication, gather feedback, and drive product improvements
  • Maintain a strong understanding of consumer needs, and market trends to inform product strategies and decision-making

What You’ll Bring

  • Healthcare Product Management: Proven experience with consumer technology products for the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of patient, provider, and facility lifecycles
  • Product Roadmap Execution: Experience in establishing product roadmaps and overseeing the successful execution of product strategies
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to unite cross-functional teams and drive product development initiatives
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to diverse healthcare stakeholders
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, drive innovation, and lead product initiatives
  • Preferred Experience
  • 8+ years of product manager experience
  • Experience with healthcare technology
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies
