Who You Are

The Market Leader is responsible for strategic planning, account management, growth, retention and overall success of Concert Health’s relationship with assigned partner accounts. Success will be measured by account revenue growth, Wand delivering key enablement activities such as EHR integration that drive mutual success. Concert Health aims to make Collaborative Care the standard behavioral health pathway for our partners. Building strong relationships is key, and the ultimate goal is to drive long-term mutual success. The primary focus of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within existing partner accounts, meet and exceed growth goals and work with internal teams to achieve partner goals.

The Market Leader collaborates cross-functionally with the Clinical, Billing, and Patient Connection teams to execute contract terms, ensure commitments are met, and drive key operational initiatives that support growth and success.

This leader is accountable for maintaining high-quality provider, patient, and partner experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational understanding of the healthcare delivery system in primary care, understanding of administrative leadership within clinical settings, and exceptional change management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations including C-suits executives, Population Health leaders, Primary Care and Behavioral health leaders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner accounts, leading day-to-day operations and ensuring successful service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders, aligning on goals and success metrics.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partner needs and proactively drive performance to meet partner expectations and accelerate growth.
  • Lead strategies to drive revenue growth, implement partner enablement marketing and adoption plans, surface education program opportunities
  • Lead strategies to support market revenue growth, improve service delivery, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate across functions—Clinical, Billing, Patient Connection, Technology teams, and others—to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes.
  • Oversee market expansion and new business development efforts, in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Utilize data and insights to measure partner performance and identify areas for improvement. Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize operational, financial, and clinical performance across the assigned accounts.
  • Partner closely with internal teams in clearly communicating and action planning around partner goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, updates, and summaries to support internal and external communication.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Location: Flexible within the continental United States.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • BS/BA degree in healthcare administration or four years of position related experience. MBA is a plus.
  • Preferred: Minimum of 5 years of management experience in an operations or client-facing role, with a proven track record in achieving financial goals and managing multi-site teams.
  • Strong client success/account management experience roles with strong presentation and oral/written communication skills.
  • Preferred: Healthcare administration experience including managing healthcare professionals.
  • Proven leadership skills with an adaptable leadership style, capable of managing cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to deliver insights that create value for partners and improve success metrics and performance
  • Strong project management, organizational and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong results orientation and a track record of delivering complex projects that exceed partner expectations
  • Intermediate proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suit, Slack, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word); accurate typing/data entry skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with individuals at all levels, including C-suite, senior leadership, and providers.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of all personal/health sensitive information
