Clarify is looking for Demand Generation Senior Manager to focus on leading demand generation strategy and campaigns, with a focus on our Provider business. The role will require a professional and creative problem-solver and self-starter with strong logistical, organizational, and interpersonal skills who can operate effectively in a startup.

The Role:

  • Lead, design, and execute demand generation strategy and campaigns
  • Own the development of a content strategy and creation of content that will drive demand and is aligned to the stages of the buyer’s journey
  • Create and qualify leads through lead-generation initiatives including SEM, SEO, retargeting, content syndication, nurture programs, social media, email campaigns, webinars and other lead-generating opportunities
  • Experiment to continuously improve the quantity, quality, conversion, and cadence of leads across organic and paid channels, including social, search, display, partnerships/affiliates, and other online and offline tactics
  • Prepare campaign playbooks for BDR/Sales and collaborate with team on multi-channel outreach and nurture/follow-up strategy
  • Regularly measure and analyze the performance of campaigns, website, blog, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets
  • Develop and manage the budget required to meet demand generation goals
  • Establish processes and on-board tools to efficiently manage and measure demand generation activities
  • Develop deep expertise in brand, messaging, audience personas, and buyer journey, and share insights with cross-functional teams

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably at a SaaS startup
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing enterprise-level account based marketing initiatives
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and adapt to changing priorities
  • Highly motivated self-directed, team player
  • Healthcare tech experience strongly preferred
  • Deep experience with:
  • Marketing Automation (Pardot knowledge a plus)
  • CRM (SalesForce knowledge a plus)
  • Account Based Marketing (6sense, Demandbase)
  • Sales Engagement Tools (Salesloft, Outreach)
  • Online Advertising (SEM, Display, Retargeting, LinkedIn, etc.)
