The Role
As a Total Rewards Lead Analyst, you are responsible for supporting the organization’s total rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, market competitiveness, and compliance with relevant regulations. The Total Rewards Lead Analyst will work closely with senior leadership, HR colleagues, and external vendors to optimize reward programs that drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance.This role will report to the Director, Total Rewards.
