Founded in 2009, the company has a proven track record of results including improving adherence to branded diabetes Rx by 20%, and driving demonstrable reductions in A1C values and associated costs to health plans and self-insured employers, and closing gaps in care and increasing the performance ratings of health plans.

What you'll do:

Cecelia Health seeks to hire a SVP Marketing to be based in the company’s midtown location in New York City and be an instrumental member of its leadership team. This individual will lead development of marketing strategy and execution, with an immediate focus on increasing awareness, refining market positioning, generating demand, and growing revenue to support company growth and profitability objectives.

These responsibilities include:

Marketing and Communications and Brand Awareness

Developing marketing communications that define, differentiate, position, and message by segment Developing marketing and communication plans (including tactics, timing & budget) focused on accelerating high revenue growth Manage, extend and enhance PR efforts to enhance brand awareness and competitive share of voice Demand Generation and Sales Enablement

Improving brand awareness and to building measurable sales pipeline of health plans, large providers, self-insured employers, pharmaceutical and medical device companies and other direct and indirect customers (channels).

Creating and optimizing demand generation efforts (e.g. marketing communications, content marketing, use of CRM, social media, advertising, PR etc.) and KPIs and other metrics for monitoring and measuring success. Scaling demand generation processes and infrastructure to further develop, nurture and advance a pipeline of new customers Developing tools and content to support the sales process and enabling commercial teams to clearly communicate the value proposition of our products Developing customer ready communications that document clinical evidence and ROI to support differentiation in market across channels Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution

Engaging with customers, prospects and others to understand market needs, the market and competitive landscape, alternatives and buying processes. Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies that include market sizing and segmentation, targeting, product value proposition, promotion and pricing strategies. Identifying profitable new service/product opportunities and working with product development to accelerate time to market Conducting qualitative and quantitative market research to evaluate future growth opportunities (e.g., new products and services, new markets, new chronic disease states, etc.). Management and Leadership

Managing and developing an A+ marketing team and develop impactful, measurable external partnerships / relationships Contributing to Executive Leadership Team to continue to advance the strategy, execution and KPIs of the business and product and services strategy Defining vision, case for actions, and inspire others to participate Successfully leading all internal and external marketing efforts Participate in Leadership Team and development of corporate and product strategy What you'll bring to the team:

10+ years of experience and proven achievement and success in marketing roles within the healthcare industry Proven success marketing and driving demand generation of technology-enabled services to payers Deep knowledge of and experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans o the health plan, large provider, self-insured employer, pharmaceutical and medical device segments market, including all items outlined above in job description Ability to roll up your sleeves to get things done yourself, along with leading and working with cross-functional teams. Experience in working effectively with sales, client services, operations, and product management Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environment High-growth company experience preferred Exceptional writing and creative marketing skills Operate with high integrity and accountability for results Desire to build the business and improve the lives of patients with chronic disease Solid knowledge of SEO and web analytics Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques Marketing Agency experience a plus MBA a plus
