Who We Are:

Cecelia Health is a national virtual specialty medical practice serving people with chronic conditions across the care continuum. We expand access to care and provide personalized clinical support to help patients achieve sustained engagement and durable outcomes. Powered by digital tools and uniquely data-enabled, our integrated care approach addresses the whole person with proactive, coordinated support focused on clinical, behavioral, social, and emotional needs across cardiometabolic and related conditions. Following evidence-based guidelines and clinical best practices, our solution is scalable for health plans, providers, health systems, and life sciences.

What You'll Do:

As a QA Engineer, you will drive the next generation of our coaching platform and future web and data applications to excellence. Reporting directly to the QA Manager, you will contribute automated and manual testing. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience across API, UI, ETL, ADF, and file testing, and be capable of owning quality for a feature team within an agile setting. This position is limited to the United States only.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Execute test strategies in complex and highly secure production environments.
  • Deliver high-quality, verified products and data pipelines on time with a fast-paced agile team.
  • Design test strategies for new product development across API, UI, ETL, and ADF components.
  • Execute, contribute to, and maintain suites of manual regression, automated UI, and automated API tests.
  • Validate Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, ETL workflows, and data transformations to ensure accuracy and consistency between systems.
  • Perform file-level testing (CSV, JSON, XML, Parquet, etc.) for structure, schema compliance, and end-to-end data accuracy.
  • Test and verify Microsoft Dynamics 365 workflows, forms, and business logic.
  • Validate Power Automate flows for correct triggers, conditions, and Dynamics integration.
  • Execute exploratory tests across multiple operating systems and browsers.
  • Determine root causes of issues discovered in development or reported by users.
  • Communicate testing coverage, quality status, and risk assessments to stakeholders prior to feature releases.
Requirements and Experience:
  • 1+ years of automation experience (UI, API, or data) and 2+ years overall software or web-testing experience.
  • Skilled in both automated and manual testing methodologies.
  • Understanding that an agile QA’s role is to improve confidence and manage risk—not act as a gatekeeper—in a continuous-deployment environment.
  • Ability to balance immediate feature testing with long-term automation and data-validation goals.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to advocate for quality and user experience.
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn within QA, product, and engineering teams.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for validation and troubleshooting across data sources.
  • Experience validating ADF/ETL pipelines, file ingestion, and data processes.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Power Automate testing preferred.
  • Must live in the United States only.
