Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic SVP of Marketing to lead our marketing organization through its next phase of growth. This executive will be responsible for driving demand generation across enterprise channels, building brand equity, and positioning Judi Health and Capital Rx Brands as a leader in healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in marketing to health plans, PBMs, employers, Taft Hartley and enterprise buyers, with a proven track record of scaling B2B marketing programs that deliver measurable impact.

In addition, this leader must have a strong understanding of SEO strategy and execution, ensuring our digital presence drives organic traffic and supports pipeline growth. Expertise in product marketing is critical to position our portfolio effectively in a competitive market along with internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and pipeline growth for enterprise sales teams.
  • Product Marketing Strategy: Own product marketing across the portfolio, including go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • SEO & Digital Optimization: Build and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap, including keyword strategy, content optimization, technical SEO, and analytics to improve search rankings and inbound lead generation.
  • AI-Focused Growth: Leverage best in class AI tools in marketing to exponentially drive growth and personalization.
  • Enterprise Sales Enablement: Partner closely with sales leadership and revenue operations to align marketing strategies with enterprise sales goals, including account-based marketing (ABM), collateral development, and competitive intelligence.
  • Brand Strategy & Communications: Elevate the Judi Health & Capital Rx brand through strategic communications, PR, and digital marketing initiatives while managing external PR firm.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team across demand generation, SEO, product marketing, content, digital, and communications.

Measurable KPIs

  • Increase organic website traffic by 10% year-over-year through SEO and content strategy.
  • Achieve top 3 search rankings for 10+ high-value keywords within 12 months.
  • Drive 5% growth in marketing-sourced pipeline contribution for enterprise sales.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
  • Proven success in demand generation, SEO strategy, product marketing, and enterprise B2B marketing, ideally within healthcare technology or services.
  • Deep understanding of health plans, PBMs, and the broader payer ecosystem.
  • Experience marketing AI-driven solutions or advanced analytics platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales, product, and executive teams.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Final candidates will be required to present their strategic vision for Judi Health Capital Rx

Salary Range
$250,000$250,000 USD
