Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and perform analysis of current and prospective vendor partnerships
  • \n
  • Lead evaluation of rebate performance and perform client-level/ book-of-business reconciliation analyses
  • \n
  • Lead continued development and maintenance of rebate reporting infrastructure
  • \n
  • Collaborate with Leadership Team and other business functions (clinical, underwriting, finance) to design, refine, and maintain internal pricing, financial modeling, and financial reporting SOPs
  • \n
  • Support general business needs, as required
  • \n

Required Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Undergraduate bachelor’s degree, with record of strong academic performance in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Economics
  • \n
  • Advanced degree preferred, but not required
  • \n
  • 5+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, actuarial services, accounting, pricing & underwriting
  • \n
  • Ideal candidate will understand pharmacy pricing dynamics and have experience evaluating financial performance of pharmacy plans
  • \n
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data
  • \n
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools
  • \n
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing on deliverable
  • \n
  • Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • \n
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily
  • \n

Base Salary: $102,000 - $120,000

\n

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the NY - based position. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
