What you’ll be doing as Senior Copywriter (Contractor):

  • Bring the Brightside brand voice to life in our marketing and in our product.
  • Partner with our designers and stakeholders to craft integrated marketing campaigns that are on brand and on strategy.
  • Get to know our industry, our audience, and our brand—so that you can tell a story that resonates with both the people looking for care, and the providers looking to provide it.
  • Partner with our marketing and commercial teams to craft assets that help accelerate both business partnerships and customer growth.

Projects will span:

  • Website and landing pages
  • Lifecycle and CRM emails, SMS messages
  • Social (organic and paid)
  • Commercial collateral (sales decks, one-pagers)
  • Product copy (in-app messaging and provider content)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of ad agency or in-house agency experience required; telehealth or mental health experience a plus
  • Portfolio that shows a range of campaigns, including:
    • Digital campaigns: Email, landing pages, banner ads, social, etc.
    • Print campaigns: Sales collateral, events, OOH, etc.
    • Media campaigns: Motion graphics or live-action video (e.g., YouTube pre-roll ads). Bonus points for TV experience.
  • Not afraid to dive in at all stages of the creative process—from brainstorming fresh concepts to fine-tuning assets
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, with the ability to flex with changing priorities
