About this role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our lean, high-impact design team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape core user experiences across both patient and clinician-facing products.
You will be at the center of complex, meaningful problem spaces, from empowering patients to engage in their care, to building intuitive workflows for clinicians, to designing growth-driven pathways that increase access to treatment. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, works quickly but with exceptional attention to craft, and brings a mix of systems thinking, creativity, and rigorous user focus.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Growth partners to define product direction, conduct user research, ship high-quality features, and help establish Boulder’s design culture and processes from the ground up.
