| Design Director We're seeking a Design Director who will serve as the company's champion and thought leader for user experience excellence. You'll solve complex healthcare challenges through user-centered design and evidence-based research methodologies, setting the vision and standards for how we approach every user interaction. With a proven track record of leading design and research initiatives in healthcare technology and driving meaningful user outcomes, you'll be the ambassador of exceptional user experiences that transform our FHIR-based platform and strengthen our market leadership and differentiation. This position is available for fully remote work. What You'll Do: This is a hybrid management and individual contributor role within our UX team, which operates as part of the broader Product Management organization. You'll manage and build diverse design and research teams—including FTEs, offshore resources, contractors, and agencies—while contributing hands-on to strategic design and research initiatives. You'll champion Design and Experience ownership with shared accountability for improving engagement metrics across the enterprise. Your leadership influence will be critical in guiding product and engineering teams toward user-centered outcomes, shaping our design direction across multi-channel platforms including AI-enabled interactions. This role demands both strategic vision and tactical expertise to analyze complex healthcare workflows, synthesize research insights, and rapidly develop innovative solutions that drive meaningful impact.   The target salary range for this position is $175,000 - $215,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay or title may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
