Partnering with our customers (health systems, insurance payors, pharmacies, and other strategic partners), we empower consumers to make informed choices about their family’s health using our data platform and our mobile apps.

This position is available for fully remote work.

Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional, strategic salesperson to open doors, uncover opportunities, and drive new bookings across our healthcare targets (which include payers, life science orgs, payvidors, and tech). This pivotal role is designed for an experienced, consultative sales executive who thrives in complex and technical sales, can ask insightful questions to uncover needs/opportunities, and can communicate clearly with leaders across multi-disciplinary buying committees.

Team Overview

What You'll Do
  • Leverage all resources available to you (your own network, events, marketing support, company SMEs) to build a pipeline and architect comprehensive sales strategies to exceed your annual booking goal.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships that transcend transactional selling.
  • Develop holistic account strategies that align our platform's capabilities with each organization's unique digital transformation objectives.
  • Translate complex technological capabilities into compelling business value narratives.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making environments with sophisticated relationship-building techniques.
  • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with precision, from initial engagement through complex negotiations.

Job Requirements
  • 7+ years in senior quota-carrying enterprise sales role or managing strategic client growth for a large consulting/systems integration firm, focused on health data management technology and/or interoperability.
  • Demonstrated success in closing strategic, high-value enterprise contracts.
  • Extensive executive-level network within healthcare payers, pharma, and other target organizations.
  • Deep understanding of current payer and pharma challenges
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
Desired Experience & Personal Attributes
  • Consultative Sales Mastery: Track record of enterprise platform sales in technology-driven industries.
  • Strategic Relationship Architecture: Ability to build trust-based relationships at the highest organizational levels.
  • Adaptive Intelligence: Capacity to quickly understand complex organizational challenges and align technological solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Bias toward action and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort with ambiguity: Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving startup environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning: Openness and dedication to professional development.

The target salary range for this position is $155,000 - $185,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles.
