About Aytza

Aytza works with the people building the future of healthcare. We're an AI-native advisory firm that helps leaders running proven businesses reach their next stage. Our clients are founders and CEOs navigating complex, high-stakes decisions in the healthcare space whether that's scaling a proven model, entering a new market, or redefining a category.

We flip the traditional consulting pyramid on its head: a core AI engine powers our data and analysis (with humans in the loop), enabling experienced advisors to support startups in a leaner, faster way. We move fast and do real work; one recent engagement took a product from concept to market in 9 weeks, a timeline traditional consultants require 6+ months. If that pace excites you, we might be a good fit.

We’re an early, but fast growing company and this is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our founder and leadership team as we grow the business from the ground up.

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing and Operations Lead to own execution of core operational and marketing functions across the organization. You’ll be the operational backbone of Aytza, the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks while driving our external voice as we continue to scale.

You'll partner closely with leadership on direction and priorities, then own the execution.

This role will evolve as we do. Right now, the biggest needs are podcast and content production, foundational ops and CEO support. Six months from now, that mix might shift. If you like variety, learning new things, and having a hand in shaping what your role becomes, you'll thrive here. If you want a fixed job description that never changes, this isn't it.

This role is remote with Eastern Time business hours and occasional travel (3-5 times a year) to meet with the team in person. We are open to candidates in the U.S. and internationally, provided you can work ET hours and are a short direct flight from the US East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing, Content & Podcast Production

  • Manage and grow Aytza's LinkedIn presence: collaboratively drafting posts, scheduling content, tracking what resonates
  • Own the operational side of podcast production end-to-end: guest scheduling, coordinating with the editor, drafting promotional content, publishing on social channels
  • Help to build repeatable systems and AI-powered workflows for content creation and production, making your own life easier while ultimately productizing a key part of our marketing vision
  • Manage our newsletter and CRM logistics, including tracking metrics
  • Coordinate event logistics and promotion for dinners, webinars, and conference appearances

Operations & Finance

  • Support our CEO and leadership team in varied business and administrative tasks that keep the business running, e.g. expenses, vendor management
  • Own budget tracking and basic financial reporting
  • Support recruiting and onboarding as we grow the team
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration
  • Build the operational infrastructure that lets a small team punch above its weight
  • Support CEO and leadership team on administrative tasks as needed (e.g. travel planning, calendar management)

What we’re looking for

You are...

A builder, not a maintainer. You see a messy process and can't help but fix it. You create just enough structure to keep things moving without over-engineering. You bring issues up before they become problems, and you have the judgment to know when to handle something yourself versus when to flag it. You're the person your team describes as "the one who keeps everything running."

You bring...

  • 3+ years in business operations or marketing operations (ideally at an early-stage startup where you wore many hats)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building systems from scratch, not just following existing ones
  • Discretion with sensitive information (you'll have visibility into finances, client relationships, and founder communications)
  • Experience with content production: social media management, podcast coordination, or editorial workflows
  • Fluency with modern tools: you actively experiment with AI tools and are at home in a stack like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
  • AI-native: you actively use AI tools to produce content, automate workflows, and move faster

You'll stand out if you...

  • Have healthcare or healthtech industry experience
  • Have managed a company's LinkedIn or social media presence and can show growth
  • Have end-to-end podcast production experience (scheduling, publishing, audience building)
  • Have managed bookkeeping, invoicing, or budget tracking
  • Can point to a system or process you built from scratch that your team still uses

You might not be a fit if:

  • You need detailed instructions before taking action
  • You prefer deep specialization over wearing many hats
  • Ambiguity frustrates rather than energizes you

About Aytza and the CEO and Founder

How We Work

  • Remote-first, async-friendly, with real-time collaboration when it matters
  • AI-native: we use AI tools daily and expect you to experiment with them
  • Small team, big ownership: no hiding behind process or waiting for permission
  • We're building something new, which means things are evolving. That's the feature, not the bug.

As part of this role, you will work closely with Aytza’s CEO and Founder, Sari Kaganoff. Sari is a seasoned GTM and strategy leader with over a decade of experience in leadership roles at Rock Health and McKinsey & Company. Prior ops partners and EAs have followed her across roles and companies to work with her again across roles and companies. References available (seriously, ask).

Compensation

Competitive salary commensurate with experience, depending on location and background. We expect a range of $75,000–$110,000 and are open to discussing what works for the right person.
