AVIA is seeking a senior business development leader with a stellar reputation for delivering excellent service and a strong grasp of the complex issues facing health system executives. We’ll measure success by your ability to find and recruit forward-leaning health systems to join the AVIA Innovator Network.

Our work with health systems offers rare opportunities to engage health system CEOs and other executives. We seek a high-energy sales executive to consult them on how digital solutions should be an important enabler of their strategic objectives. You will successfully drive complex business development processes to prepare health systems to be productive members of AVIA. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Drive business growth and success by leading and/or supporting complex, consultative sales process with forward-looking health systems. Manage pipeline process and new partner development strategy.

- Serve as thought-leader and collaborate with leadership team to identify new opportunities. Coordinate members of all AVIA teams in the business development process.

- Work closely with client operations team to on-board new members and ensure their ongoing success.

- Be the “voice of the market”, providing important feedback to AVIA leadership on how to best satisfy health system needs.

- Serve as an important member of a high-energy, creative leadership team, committed to fundamentally altering the way healthcare is provided in this country!  

QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILLS - The formula for success: Stellar Sales Executive + Deep Healthcare Insight. ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE: a proven sales track record and the ability to deeply discuss digital health solutions

- Business Development and Sales success required, specifically complex software or consulting services to health system CSOs, COOs, CIOs, CEOs, and/or CMOs

- Deep understanding of healthcare provider strategy, market forces and technology trends

- Existing relationships with health system executives. Bonus points for digital health companies

- Comfort juggling several projects simultaneously. You must have high energy and strong project management skills to keep up with the pace at AVIA

- Strong curiosity, tenacity, creativity and entrepreneurial drive. Key for every interaction with colleagues, clients, and potential partners
