Ash
About Ash Wellness:
Ash is a leading at-home health testing platform expanding care to reach those most in need. Working closely with our partners, we tailor end-to-end testing solutions that meet the unique needs of any health organization’s population.
Our strength comes from our unmatched understanding of people, whether that means learning the best ways to reach them or innovating a new way to keep them connected and cared for. We use our deep knowledge to develop field-tested best practices that engage hard-to-reach patients and members where they are. Because when people come first, better health outcomes are possible for all.
Ash is a venture-backed Series A company that has raised $15M to date. Ash is growing quickly and seeking new team members who have experience in developing and scaling startups. As a fast-paced tech startup, we value employees who can take ownership of projects, pivot easily, and iterate until they achieve success. As healthcare enthusiasts, our employee culture prioritizes assisting others - our clients, their patients, and each other!
About the Role:
Ash is seeking a highly experienced engineer with a proven track record in software development and team leadership to join our Platform group. As a Technical Lead, you'll be a pivotal member of our team, owning the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions within the core of Ash’s tech stack. You’ll be the senior engineer on your team, and will be influential both as the technical leader and as a contributor. Your role will allow you to flex your software design muscles, mentor others, and make substantive code contributions all at once.
The Platform group plays a role in just about everything Ash builds. As a Technical Lead within this group, you will build and improve upon services that touch every part of the business, and will be a key player in building infrastructure that makes high-quality care easier to access.
This role can be remote in the U.S. or hybrid in the New York City area. Working hours are aligned with the U.S. East coast. For candidates in the NYC area, we work in-person in our Chelsea office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Candidates outside this region must be open to quarterly travel to NYC.
