Location: Remote (Minnesota) | Hours: Flexible Schedule | Role: Independent Contractor

Position: Independent BCBA – Practice Owner

Compensation: Up to $200K annually

We provide the full backend support—billing, credentialing, contracting, compliance, and software—so you can focus on delivering exceptional care and growing your business.

This isn’t a salaried role or staffing position. This is your opportunity to build your own practice under your brand, serve the families you care most about, and keep the majority of what you earn.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct ABA therapy and clinical care

• Set your own caseload and schedule

• Develop and oversee treatment plans

• Build your own client base (with occasional referrals from ANNA)

• Hire, supervise, and manage your own team of RBTs (if desired)

• Maintain compliance with BACB guidelines and state regulations
