We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven 1099 Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for key corporate roles across functions like operations, marketing, and finance. This position will support both 1099 and W2 hiring and has the potential to transition to a W2 role based on performance and business needs.
As a fast-growing start-up, we’re seeking someone who can jump in immediately, work autonomously, and build strong pipelines in a high-growth, fast-changing environment. This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
