The Director of Implementation (Enterprise) is responsible for leading the successful onboarding and technical enablement of large, complex healthcare organizations into Aledade’s technology ecosystem. This role requires exceptional project leadership skills, a deep understanding of enterprise EHR workflows and data integration strategies, and the ability to deliver high-value solutions on time and within scope. The Director will manage a portfolio of concurrent implementation projects, fostering strong relationships with customer stakeholders while ensuring alignment across product, technical, and operational teams. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering a seamless customer experience in support of Aledade’s mission to advance value-based care.

Primary Duties

  • Implementation Leadership. Develop, oversee, and optimize a portfolio of enterprise-level onboarding projects from initiation through completion. Navigate complex, non-standard implementation scenarios with agility, ensuring milestones are achieved consistently and at scale. Direct cross functional teams to guarantee timely delivery of product and technical commitments while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Relationship & Stakeholder Management. Serve as the primary point of contact on technical delivery for enterprise clients, building strong partnerships and trust with executive, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
  • People Management. Manage and mentor a team of implementation specialists and EHR subject matter experts. Develop and maintain best-practice workflows for top-tier EHR systems, with an emphasis on Epic, to support value-based care and ACO initiatives.
  • Compliance. Ensure adherence to all applicable compliance requirements, including Certified EHR technology standards, Promoting Interoperability attestations, and accurate clinical quality measure reporting.
  • Key Results. Monitor and drive performance against key implementation metrics to meet organizational goals. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality across implementation operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience of relevant experience in healthcare technology
  • Experience leading enterprise-level implementations, preferably in an Epic environment
  • Bachelors or Masters (preferred) degree in technical field or other relevant field
  • Demonstrate knowledge across all EHR implementation, optimization, and data integration strategies and standards
  • Experience configuring and managing enterprise SaaS applications, preferably population health tools

Preferred KSA’s

  • Proven experience in managing integration projects within the healthcare industry.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with top-tier ambulatory EHR systems with strong preference for Epic
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with value-based care and ACO initiatives
  • Extensive experience leading Practice Management, EHR, HIEand related healthcare technology implementation projects through the full lifecycle
  • Proven track record of building and managing strong teams
  • Demonstrated ability to meet financial and operational targets
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
