As a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will develop and drive the execution of our enablement programs and initiatives for the Growth Sales Team. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training and onboarding programs, creating and optimizing sales collateral, ensuring alignment across the organization, and measuring the impact of enablement initiatives to drive sales productivity and effectiveness.
Candidates should be comfortable working remotely/work from home anywhere within the US.
Primary Duties:

Sales Onboarding, Training, Coaching & Development

  • Contribute to the design and execution of the sales onboarding and ongoing training programs by creating
  • Develop and refine training programs aimed at enhancing both foundational and advanced sales skills
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and performance opportunities, creating tailored coaching content that improves sales effectiveness
  • Create, curate, and continually improve high-quality sales enablement materials to support different customer segments and stages of the sales cycle
  • Ensure all content is up-to-date and consistently aligned with messaging, value proposition, and business objectives
  • Provide feedback and coaching to sales team members on sales skills and best practices to help refine their approach and improve performance
  • Coordinate the Sales Enablement team’s calendar, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of training materials and communications

Sales Tools & Tech Stack Utilization

  • Develop and deliver training programs focused on maximizing productivity and efficiency using sales tools and technologies.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure the sales team leverages technology to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and track key performance metrics
  • Manage sales enablement platforms (e.g., content management systems, Gong, etc.) to streamline the sales process and increase overall productivity)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure that sales enablement programs align with organizational goals, strategies, and messaging
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of content, tools, and resources, driving consistency across the organization
  • Facilitate communication and feedback loops between sales and other departments to improve alignment and execution

Sales Performance Tracking, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead the design and implementation of metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, providing regular insights and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas where enablement can drive better results
  • Implement continuous learning strategies and iterate on training programs based on data, feedback, and performance analytics to ensure ongoing optimization

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Required
  • 6+ years experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations or related roles
  • Proven track record of creating engaging, effective sales training content and programs

Preferred KSA's:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools, developing multimedia elements, and managing Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems and sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Seismic)
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization to drive alignment, engagement and support
  • Strong instructional design skills with ability to break down complex concepts into digestible learning modules
  • Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to measure and improve program effectiveness
  • Familiarity with Value Based Care

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically up to 10%
