The PY0 Performance Enterprise Manager serves as a strategic leader within the organization’s enterprise practice segment, overseeing large-scale healthcare organizations, inclusive of hospital systems, multispecialty clinics, federally qualified health centers, and other large practice phenotypes during this Performance Year Zero (PY0). PY0 is the period preceding a new Aledade practice's initial performance year. This pre-performance period is critical for establishing value-based care foundations and ensuring full implementation of technology-enabled solutions before the official performance measurement period begins, contributing to early contract shared savings.
This role focuses on establishing and managing relationships with key stakeholders in Enterprise organizations for high-priority accounts. Responsibilities include supporting account management by coaching Enterprise leads and Account Managers, handling escalations, and conducting weekly account team meetings. The manager is responsible for developing and refining the PY0 Performance market playbook for Enterprise accounts, ensuring best practice deployment and effective collaboration with Implementation and practice-facing field teams on workstream prioritization.
This position requires extensive cross-functional partnership, working closely with Market teams, central Provider Networks,Product, Technology, and Analytics teams to develop new analytics offerings. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with the Enterprise Core Team on the development of comprehensive onboarding materials and training materials. The manager provides strategic support and guidance across various PY0 Performance Initiatives as organizational needs evolve.

Primary Duties:

  • Performance Management
  • Establish early and strategic relationships with Enterprise key stakeholders and project manage all PY0 milestones for high-priority accounts, as identified during the growth cycle. This includes de novo and bespoke offerings. Coach account managers on specific tactics and handle escalations. Regular meetings with account leaders and ability to travel onsite to Enterprise locations as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with both Implementation and field teams to strategically prioritize workstreams, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and efficient resource allocation. This involves regular communication, joint planning sessions, and a shared understanding of project dependencies and potential roadblocks to optimize project delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Resource and Strategy Support
  • Develop a PY0 market playbook for Enterprise accounts, aligning with PY0 Core2 priorities. Integrate best practices from existing playbooks, adapting them to the specific needs of Enterprise accounts.
  • Oversee deployment and milestone progression of PY0 Market Playbook, providing input and feedback at regular cadence to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams to manage the development of new analytics offerings for enterprise groups.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Core Team to build new onboarding materials and training decks.
  • Other duties

Minimum Qualfications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, or public policy, or other relevant fields
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to think strategically and implement tactically to consistently deliver results; well-developed skills in diplomacy and collaboration. Creative problem solver and solutions provider
  • 3+ years experience in Project Management with a track record of success
  • 5+ year experience working within an Enterprise (hospital/health system/FQHC) environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or other advanced degree(s) in business, health administration and/or public policy, or other relevant fields.
  • 3+ years in management/leadership role
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides.
  • Strong foundation in value-based care/population health principles and proven leadership in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to inform action plans and strategy.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
  • Travel up to 50%
