The Manager, Patient & Practice Communications is responsible for defining the strategy, planning, and performance of multi-channel ACS patient communications. This role will collaborate with various internal departments to develop and achieve continuous improvement of marketing content, engagement, and operations.

Primary Duties:

  • General project management, including creating timelines for deliverables, setting and keeping deadlines, assisting with brainstorming and strategy meetings and coordinating with outside vendors.
  • Use market data, competitive intelligence and performance results to refine and develop patient engagement strategies and planning for various lines of business in support of key results (KRs) and product launch planning.
  • Manage and coordinate content development and activities for execution of effective multi-channel communications to comply with health literacy and other patient-facing best practices.
  • Optimize and oversee report generation, quality control procedures, standard operating procedures and documentation.
  • Supporting and personally contributing to the creation and adoption of operational process improvements.
  • Foster patient experience with a keen eye on how patients will interpret and feel when encountering required and non-required communications including but not limited to direct mail, print, digital, SMS, email and in-clinic communications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications discipline
  • 5 Years Channel Marketing Strategy & Project Management Experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in effective multi-channel consumer engagement strategies and successful digital marketing tactics
  • Demonstrated expertise in use of project management software to document timelines and automate results and reporting
  • 2 years experience interacting with, consulting for, or presenting recommendations to executive-level leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in managed care or healthcare organization marketing/ communications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare or Value Based Care structure and principles
  • Project Management Certification or completion of Scaled Agile Framework training
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI or process automation technology to marketing discipline

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
