The Business Operations Coordinator will collaborate with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on team operations and marketing processes. The primary goal is to ensure effective teamwork and advance company priorities.

Primary Duties:

  • Team Operations
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to support team operations, including meeting and calendar management, communication, and culture
  • Maintain comprehensive calendar of recurring team meetings to support meeting planning and preparation across stakeholders
  • Execute on data-informed initiatives to drive a strong team culture
  • Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate high value off-site meetings for the team
  • Go-to-Market Operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support product marketing efforts for practice engagement in A+ solutions while ensuring transparency into the roadmap and performance for senior leadership
  • Establish and maintain standardized tracking systems for GTM activities and practice engagement across A+ solutions
  • Standardize and support practice identification processes across all programs
  • Facilitate retrospective reviews of GTM initiatives to drive continuous improvement and shared learning
  • Other Duties
  • Support the Chief of Staff and other senior leaders on special projects and provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis support

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields or equivalent work experience required
  • Highly organized and proactive in raising questions around clarity, prioritization, blockers, and other points to drive assigned tasks forward
  • Data-driven strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to inform action plans and strategy
  • Extensive Excel or Google Sheets experience with data manipulation and pivot tables
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Tableau or other data management software
  • Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy
