The Program Coordinator, Clinical Engagement and Adoption, supports the team in identifying, evaluating, and implementing new programs. The immediate focus will be supporting the scaling of our Innovators Network, a learning community of high performing, value based care physician leaders able to co-create innovations with Aledade to improve care and reduce cost in our ACOs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain both Innovators Network and pilot program trackers within excel and monday.com (assist Program Manager with tracking attendance for reimbursement, maintain necessary legal and financial documentation, tracking budgets, gathering field team nominations for the network and more)
  • Perform quantitative analysis to support additional program operations (including analyzing and tracking Care Programs referral rates, enrollment rates, and month over month trends)
  • Support Program Manager in preparing for weekly team meetings, communications internally and externally, slide decks, presentation prep for in-person Summits and meetings, and inbound requests from other internal teams
  • Perform research (as needed) and/or analysis to identify, scope, and test opportunities that expand the impact of the Innovators Network and/or other A+ clinical innovation programs
  • Support practice engagement workstreams by scheduling/facilitating calls with physicians and practices, attending and taking notes, synthesizing action items
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient working with Microsoft Excel (quantitative analysis), google suite, and willingness to learn additional reporting tools such as Monday.com, tableau, and salesforce
  • Tenacity to drive multiple work streams and projects to completion with deadlines
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (ideally including clinicians, and data analysts)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills/mindset
  • Some travel may be required (CEA team meetings and Market Summit Presentations)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2-4 yrs. professional experience
  • Experience working in healthcare (preferred)
