The Sr Analyst, Growth Business Operations will drive a range of project work for the Growth Senior Leadership Team (GSLT). This role will have the opportunity to engage in high-priority strategic projects that align with the leadership team's goals. Additionally, the role will provide essential support to the Growth team by handling various operational tasks such as documenting meeting discussions and outcomes, preparing presentations, tracking follow-up items, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Through their work, the Sr Analyst will facilitate the effectiveness of the leadership team, execute the department's overall mandate, and support cross-functional strategic initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, service-focused, and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack is essential.
This role is based in our Raleigh-Durham office with flexibility to work remotely part of the time.

Primary Duties

  • Lead and support strategic projects being managed by the Chief of Staff or Growth leadership team to ensure priorities stay on track. This includes working collaboratively across Aledade’s leadership team to proactively ensure that key priorities for the Growth leadership team are well communicated and executed.
  • Develop Content, Internal Reporting and Presentations: Develop internal materials, presentations, and scorecards. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leaders, including materials for Aledade Board Meetings, Glue and Executive Committee Meetings, Growth all hands meetings and other strategic executive leadership as needed.
  • Documentation: Document meeting discussions and outcomes for the Growth Senior Leadership Team.
  • Collaboration and Event Support: Partner with the Growth Leadership Team and Events Team to plan and execute team and leadership events, such as Growth retreats and team meetings. Support cross-functional collaboration and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
  • Other Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support overall team operations and activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+years of professional experience, with experience in healthcare required
  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite and Slack
  • Must be results-oriented with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously

Preferred KSA's

  • Experience leading and/or managing internal and external meetings and calls
  • Experience compiling presentations for senior audiences
  • Experience working in a company operational function preferred
  • Understanding of healthcare preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a superb attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to understand business context and priorities
  • Competency with data manipulation and presentation
  • Team player with the ability to work with a remote and distributed team
  • Strong intuition for exercising discretion and confidentiality
