We are searching for a Manager, Patient Engagement to join the team! This manager is responsible for defining the strategy, planning and performance of A+ patient communications. This role will maintain communications with partner practices and continuous improvement of patient engagement initiatives to build strong relationships to meet quality and performance goals. This role will collaborate with various internal departments to develop and achieve continuous improvement of marketing content, communications and operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop patient engagement strategy and planning for various lines of business,
  • support of key results (KRs) and product launch planning.
  • Manage and coordinate content development and activities for execution of effective multi-channel communications to comply with health literacy and other patient-facing best practices.
  • Foster patient experience with a keen eye on how patients will interpret and feel when encountering required and non-required communications including but not limited to direct mail, print, digital, SMS, email and in-clinic communications.
  • Optimize and oversee report generation, quality control procedures, standard operating procedures and documentation.
  • General project management, including creating timelines for deliverables, setting and keeping deadlines, assisting with brainstorming and strategy meetings and coordinating with outside vendors.
  • Interpreting market data, competitive intelligence and performance results to further refine segments and marketing strategies.
  • Supporting and personally contributing to the creation and adoption of operational process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Promote and foster a professional, positive, dynamic team environment through exemplary leadership.
  • Negotiate the purchase of goods and services from print and technology vendor/s in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
  • Collaborate across departments including marketing, product, program owners to understand stakeholder needs, strategy and business objectives.
  • Build system for reporting and tracking campaign performance.
  • Stay up to date with patient experience/engagement, digital technology and direct mail regulations and trends.
  • Effectively prioritizing and personally managing a variety of projects and tasks to meet deadlines and budget targets.
  • Take a multi-faceted and creative approach to problem solving.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 Years Channel Marketing & Project Management Experience
  • Master’s Degree (preferred)
  • Direct Mail, Text Messaging, Print, Email, Media
  • Project Management Certification (preferred)
