The Sr. Solution Marketing Manager is responsible for developing positioning and messaging that builds awareness, preference, and loyalty across our marketing efforts. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to effectively communicate the value of our solutions. Reporting to the VP of Portfolio Marketing, the Senior Manager will collaborate with internal subject matter experts, customers and the research team to develop and constantly refine Aledade’s POV, meet market demands and drive business growth.

Primary Duties:

  • Work with internal SMEs, customers and the research team to develop and constantly refine the Aledade’s POV for Primary Care Physicians, CHCs, IPAs and payers
  • Define messaging frameworks and buyer personas, and articulate their outstanding challenges, interests and needs to Aledade’s internal marketing and network development teams
  • Drive cross-functional, integrated programs with Demand Gen, Field Marketing and Events teams to build awareness and increase consideration among target audiences
  • Develop sales assets in partnership with SMEs and act as our inspiring leader and specialist in the space for targeted personas
  • Partner with the enablement team to train sales and establish a consistent feedback loop

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years relevant working experience

Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities

  • Knowledge of current healthcare issues, and some familiarity with local, regional, state, and national market trends.
  • Strong understanding of market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis and development of personas, value propositions, and value maps.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proven success in working cooperatively and strategically in a team-oriented matrixed environment with the ability to influence and interact with all levels of leadership.
  • Structured approach to data management and execution of data-driven evaluation and decision making around brand elements, campaign design and execution
  • Value-based care (e.g., ACOs, PCMH, bundled payments) familiarity preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
