As a Technical Product Manager, you will be a key member of the team that designs technical, service and content solutions to support Aledade’s various lines of business. This specific position is within Aledade’s Operating Model product team which is working to scale the internal systems and processes that underlie the day-to-day operations of the company.
This role will primarily be focused on improving the availability and reportability of key data related to practices, providers, contract participation, contract terms, and other core concepts, and on shoring up the adjacent business processes that both supply and depend on this data. This work will require understanding how Aledade uses data, working with engineering and data teams to assure that our data model supports our business cases and reporting needs, and developing and rolling out formal operational processes around data entry and curation. This work is not aimed solely to strengthen our ability to run reports. Rather it seeks to ensure that our core business processes can run effectively, and are not at risk from lack of reliable data. In addition, the Technical Product Manager may be assigned other projects to build and advance tools and processes to support key operational functions of the company.
The Technical Product Manager works alongside business owners, ops teams, technical architects, engineers, and data analysts to define project goals, scope, solution approaches, and rollout plans. They work collaboratively with business operations and development to ensure that they are creating high-quality products with the ability to scale.
Who We Are:
Aledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape - independent primary care. We were founded in 2014, and since then, we've become the largest network of independent primary care in the country - helping practices, health centers and clinics deliver better care to their patients and thrive in value-based care. Additionally, by creating value-based contracts across a wide variety of payers, we aim to flip the script on the traditional fee-for-service model. Our work strengthens continuity of care, aligns incentives, and ensures primary care physicians are paid for what they do best - keeping patients healthy. If you want to help create a health care system that is good for patients, good for practices and good for society - and if you're eager to join a collaborative, inclusive and remote-first culture - you've come to the right place.
