The Special Projects Coordinator will support a range of project work for the Office of the CEO (OCEO). This role will have the opportunity to engage in strategic projects, supporting project management in service of the priorities for OCEO. Through their work the role will facilitate the effectiveness of the OCEO, execute the overall mandate of the department, and support cross-functional strategic work across the organization.

Primary Duties:

  • Support the CEO, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and other OCEO leaders on special projects and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and projects to aid decision-making processes and project implementation relevant to OCEO’s priorities
  • Prepare presentations and communications for the CEO, Chief of Staff, VP of Transformation, and other OCEO leaders
  • Support OCEO leadership team around timely information-sharing and follow through

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2+years of professional experience, with experience in healthcare required

Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:

  • Experience working in a company operational function preferred
  • Understanding of healthcare preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a superb attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to understand business context and priorities
  • Must be results-oriented with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Competency with data manipulation and presentation
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, as well as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Team player with the ability to work with a remote and distributed team
  • Strong intuition for exercising discretion and confidentiality
