Position: Primary Care/Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine Physician Assistant
StarMed Healthcare is one of the fastest growing, independently owned medical practices based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are currently hiring experienced Physician Assistants for our Primary Care and Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine clinics.
Compensation:
- Highly Competitive Salary - ranging from $110k-130k based on experience
- Bonus eligibility (based on RVU’s, Quality of Care metrics, demonstration of Core Values)

Expectations:
- Provide primary care and urgent care/occupational medicine services in our Family and Urgent Care Practice settings.
- Cultivate long term relationships with your patients.
- DOT certification required but will offer training and stipend for the course.
- Comfortable having 25-30 patients per day on schedule
- Perform physical exams and patient observations
- Record patient medical histories and symptoms
- Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans
- Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests
- Monitor and operate medical equipment Prescribe medications as needed
- Must be fully licensed in the state of North Carolina and hold appropriate board certifications
