The Study Analyst I is responsible for the following:

System Support and Operations

• Configure and test common configuration changes to our clients’ Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) applications, executing the configuration change process.
• Write and execute test approaches that mitigate the risk of change.
• Be able to explain the common features and configuration options of our applications to internal and external partners.
• Solve simple & medium complexity issues and questions, describing the technical solutions in a way that clients can understand.
• Document investigation steps and technical configurations.
• Execute other support tasks including data changes, operational monitoring, validation, and integrations setup & testing.
• May serve as Customer Support point of escalation for any system or support issues where required.

Required Experience

No previous experience is required with the appropriate degree.

Education and/or Certification Requirements

The candidate must possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree in a life science, supply chain management, or information technology field, or have equivalent experience.
